40 years of Maipi
Maipi’s bar has witnessed meetings, celebrations and joys with Gabi and Pilar, leaving images with friends as a witness of these more than 40 years of history.
Just as this will continue to be Gabi’s Corner.
Now under the direction of Carito and Germán, the legacy of Maipi continues and will continue to be a place where gastronomy is lived with soul and authenticity.

Gabi and Pilar arrive in Valencia and open Maipi, in the neighborhood of Ruzafa, Valencia.

Maipi is one of the most beloved bars in Valencia and celebrates its 25th anniversary

2023
Maipi’s 40 years are celebrated, surrounded by friends and clients who have given since its beginnings. Gabi and Pilar are considering retiring but they resist Maipi disappearing.

2024
MAIPI CONTINUES Carito and Germán take over the generational baton from Maipi, their love for gastronomy and for València moves them to keep his legacy alive. Maipi is and will continue to be a temple of the product, a cuisine with a foundation.
