40 years of Maipi
Maipi’s bar has witnessed meetings, celebrations and joys with Gabi and Pilar, leaving images with friends as a witness of these more than 40 years of history. Just as this will continue to be Gabi’s Corner.
Now under the direction of Carito and Germán, the legacy of Maipi continues and will continue to be a place where gastronomy is lived with soul and authenticity.

1983
Gabi and Pilar arrive in Valencia and open Maipi, in the neighborhood of Ruzafa, Valencia.

2008
Maipi is one of the most beloved bars in Valencia and celebrates its 25th anniversary.

2023
Maipi celebrates its 40th anniversary, surrounded by friends and customers who have been there since its beginnings. Gabi and Pilar are considering retirement but are reluctant to see Maipi disappear.

2024
MAIPI CONTINUA Carito and Germán take the generational relay of Maipi, their love for gastronomy and for Valencia moves them to keep their legacy alive. Maipi is and will continue to be a temple of the product, a cuisine with foundation.
